The design principle of Jagura Internal Grinding Machine Series is emphasized on operation ability and working function.The full series provide users total solutions to completely satisfy all users requirement.The full series complete with several models which are equipped with different workhead swings and workpiece clamping capacity.Especially,the control system is equipped with our own dialog operation interface.It makes operation very easy.Furthermore,it can work with various measuring instruments to enhance workpiece quality and production efficiency.

Description of models:
●Easy CNC series:
Break through traditional NC model s design.Both X-axis and Z-axis are driven by ball-screw and servo motor.The positioning accuracy is up to ±0.001mm.The full automatic grinding cycles are including:rough grinding/ wheel dressing/step finish grinding/spark-out grinding.In step finish grinding cycle,operator can set feed amount and feed rate.That can ensure size stability and surface roughness.The control system of Easy CNC series is user-friendly dialog operation interface.Operator just select the required grinding path,set operation parameters and key in required grinding size and then the machine will perform grinding processes.Operator can easily operate EASY CNC series without having to edit G codes and M codes.

●CNC series:
This series is especially design for internal profile grinding,such as external radius,internal radius, inner taper and internal slot, etc.Both X-axis and Z-axis are driven by ball-screw and servo motor.The control system is user-friendly dialog operation interface.Operator just select the built-in grinding program, set operation parameters and key in required grinding size and then the machine will perform full automatic grinding process.Operator can easily operate CNC series without having to edit G codes and M codes.
